Inside Easter Cake
So here is what was lurking inside my cake!
Quite yummy although I cut myself a massive piece which was a bit much!

Easter Cake
Easter cake I made using Hummingbird's carrot cake recipe.
My icing isn't too good...a bit more practise is needed!
The cake has 3 layers and is iced with cream cheese frosting.
Decorated the top with chocolate mini eggs & pipped detail around the bottom of the cake.
Will post a picture of the inside when we eat it tomorrow! :)
